Product photography
Yesterday I tried product photography for the first time.
I searched for a skin care product in which is the niche I would like to focus on. I was able to create around a specific item, therefore have a specific idea in my head of what I would like to create around it.
I picked up some oranges which is a source of vitamin C, the product also smelled like oranges. The reflection was created by a photo frame glass and main source of lighting was the Sun. I created a small “studio” using an old box & a white poster board. I wanted to keep things simple but I really like how “messy” it got, because I was able to experiment with textures. I am really proud of how they turned out.
